Phosphea continues to take its safety commitment to
new levels by focusing on the provision of operational
support for its plants and increasing the safety - related
maturity of all its teams . Monthly monitoring of Group
standards has been intensif ied , and close attention
is now paid to integrating safety requirements from
the earliest project design phase . Individual plants are
receiving active support for their efforts to maximise
grassroots involvement around regular 15 - minute safety
brief ings , internal audits conducted by managers ,
and regular safety inspections .

a new era with the April 2025 off icial opening

The upgrade has created new local jobs
and increased the company s potential in export
and foodservice markets at the same time
as introducing low carbon technologies and new
team safety measures Commissioning was
accompanied by the introduction of CSR initiatives
including the installation of a hybrid gas electric
oven and a negative cold buffer zone to optimise
logistics The Saint Tugdual plant also automated
its tray line during the year increasing its throughput
to 800 galettes packed per minute into recyclable
kraft paper trays
