prevention guidelines were revised again in 2025

to further improve our management of risk and to

support operational excellence Team awareness

raising campaigns were run during the year

accompanied by the introduction of a dedicated

reporting system as distinct from occupational

accident reporting while a new unavoidable

incidents management indicator allows priority

issues to be targeted more effectively

As part of its CSR strategy , Paticeo has further elevated its commitment

to personal safety with the March 2025 launch of its SAFE initiative

to guarantee a safe working environment for all its stakeholders ,

from employees to partners and customers . The initial response has been

encouraging with signs of increased vigilance , higher levels of team

commitment and def inite improvements in working practices .

In Brazil , 2025 saw the implementation

of multiple upgrading initiatives

at the Phosphea production plant ,

where the company processes

phosphate and salt for use in animal

feed . More specif ically , the salt

processing building renovation

programme has created a much safer

working environment for employees .

The new reactor unit came

on stream in June 2025 , since when

it has consistently delivered the twin

benef its of optimised raw materials

consumption and improved

production uptime .

Scheduled for 2026 , the second

phase of the project will improve site

safety , team working conditions and

production eff iciency , all of which

will support future growth . In 2025 ,

production increased to 35 , 000 tonnes

in line with the business plan .
