ACCELERATION PHASE
Between 2022 and 2025 ,
we developed and implemented
a structured Group - wide CSR
strategy built around our priority
issues which cut across all our
activities This three year cycle
allowed us to build a framework
of ambitious commitments and
robust governance at the highest
level of the Group
The 2026 2030 cycle will be a phase
of acceleration and transformation
The process is being elevated
to a new level with more detailed
measurement of our impacts and a
more structured approach
to certain emerging issues within
an environment shaped by changes to
the European regulatory framework .
In accordance with our Ambition
2030 strategic plan our challenge
is to integrate sustainability issues
systematically into every aspect of
business management to drive the
performance of the Group set it apart
distinctively from its competitors
and deliver on the growing
expectations of its stakeholders
The 2025 restructuring of the
strategy was carried out in three
key stages : a double materiality
analysis conducted using the
CSRD methodology to identify our
priorities , consultation with 240
internal and external stakeholders
and cross functional workshops
bringing internal experts on each
topic together with the Group s
key departments to set the level
of ambition for each topic
This new roadmap will be structured
rolled out operationally and
launched in the second half of 2026

has resulted in lower scores for all locations . See page

WE WILL ENGAGE WITH
OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES
We are intensifying our commitment to local
communities by supporting social , cultural ,
environmental and sports initiatives . This approach
is designed to consolidate the relationships we have
with the regions in which we operate as part
of promoting social progress and eco - responsibility .
The proportion of subsidiaries supporting a local
non - prof it initiative :
Groupe Roullier has seen its EcoVadis assessment rating improve from
bronze level in 2024 to silver level in 2025 , taking it into the Top 15 % .
This progress has been achieved thanks to the accelerated structuring
of its CSR strategy in respect of the emissions reduction trajectory ,
skills development process and employee engagement measurement .

Safety is a core concern , and the focus of many
efforts to strengthen accident prevention measures
and develop dedicated awareness - raising
and training initiatives that will enable everyone
to contribute personally to reducing the number
of occupational accidents .
