it is a cornerstone of the Group business model .
Its basis is a f ield sales force that understands the
needs of customers , and production units located
in catchment areas where business is concentrated .
In making the choice to strengthen these two
levers , the Group is seeking to leverage these close
relationships and geographic proximity to gain
a long - term competitive advantage .
Our challenge is therefore to build on our strengths
to gain an even better understanding of our
customers ’ needs , adapt to those needs , and exploit
the full potential offered by our markets .
