It is no exaggeration to say that our human capital is key to our business

performance . Our ambition is to be a responsible employer that provides

the stimulation and opportunities for every employee around the world

to develop professionally and personally , be innovative and progress

their careers .

A RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYER

Social responsibility is the unifying thread that runs

through every aspect of the Group ’ s relationship with

its teams .

“ In our Group , we express our commitment

to social responsibility by guaranteeing a working

environment that complies with all standards and

treats people respectfully , ensuring their safety

and encouraging their personal development

as individuals ”

, emphasises Martin Taillefer ,

Chief Employee Relations Off icer .

To ensure that every new employee , regardless of

their job prof ile or location , is integrated as effectively

as possible from the moment of recruitment , the

Group has developed its own digital induction

programme . This module has been designed

to explain our shared culture ( history , activities ,

governance , etc . ) , initially in French , but ultimately

for rollout internationally .

The Group has also put in place a social and

administrative support system for its employees in

France . Its advisers are able to offer fully conf idential

help with life challenges around issues such as

caregiving housing off icial formalities etc

Our operational employees

are responsible for generating

the majority of our annual

results

80 % EMPLOYEES SAY THEY

ARE PROUD TO BE PART

OF GROUPE ROULLIER

To learn the views and opinions of its employees ,

measure their engagement with the Group

and generate data to inform a continuous

improvement process , Groupe Roullier got

together in 2025 with Great Place To Work ®

to conduct its f irst employee barometer survey .

The 76 % response rate underlines the strong

sense of involvement felt by our teams and their

willingness to make their own active contribution

to this initiative . The results were translated

into action plans by working groups involving

every level of employee , right up to the Group

Management Team and Executive Board .

The survey results also highlighted a number

of unique strengths that are widely shared across

the Group : the perception of fair treatment ,

the constant attention paid to employee safety ,

and a strong sense of pride in belonging

to the Group and being part of the work it does .
