As soon as the Russian attack on Ukraine
was launched in February 2022 , the teams
of TIMAC AGRO swung into action to ensure
the safety of our employees in the war zone ,
who have responded by coming together to
ensure the continuity of agricultural activity .
By mid - March , agricultural production
had resumed in accordance with all safety
standards in those areas of the country under
Ukrainian control . Despite adversity and
restrictions , they succeeded in delivering
1 , 000 tonnes of fertiliser in the f irst month .
Still today , and despite the ongoing conf lict ,
meeting the needs of customers remains
the priority of TIMAC AGRO in Ukraine .

By engaging in complementary initiatives , TIMAC AGRO , Phosphea and Terresis
are transferring their technical expertise more widely and more effectively to
their respective ecosystems .
In Poland , for example , TIMAC AGRO is taking a grassroots approach based on
providing farmers , students and partners with direct training that combines
practical demonstrations with awareness - raising information about regenerative
agriculture . Phosphea and Terresis Agriculture are leveraging digital technology to
address the challenges of animal nutrition together : Phosphea at the international
level with its Digital Week series of webinars for experts and customers , and
Terresis with a new series of pHix - up webinars hosted by experts to help farmers ,
distributors and specif iers resolve key technical issues . All these initiatives are
focused on the same ambition of elevating skills , exploiting scientif ic expertise
and building even closer relationships with customers .
