At TIMAC AGRO, we provide the sustained and
comprehensive support farmers need to meet
the immense challenges they now face every day,
from climate change to soil degradation, as well as
societal and regulatory pressures.
Our unique body of expertise allows us to make a
signif icant contribution to ensuring the long-term
future of production systems. We have a duty to
drive innovation so that we can offer solutions that
meet current and future agri-environmental needs
and demands.

Magnesia Sustainable
Development BU
It is essential that we transform our production methods
to make them truly sustainable. This means integrating
solutions such as carbon capture and storage (CCUS)
and exploring alternative energies, which will guarantee
the long-term future of our activities. True to our DNA,
our strategy focuses on listening actively to local
communities and working to conserve biodiversity.
Every day, we strive to create shared value by actively
involving our local partners in sustainability projects. We
strive to go beyond regulatory requirements to conserve
the natural wealth of the regions we operate in.

Phosphea
In addition to the ongoing development of innovative
products that improve the sustainability of livestock
farming, the ambitious Phosphea strategic plan is fully
committed to achieving operational excellence in
all its production plants. Our industry must also drive
innovation forward and adapt its expertise in order to
work towards decarbonisation by reducing the energy
consumption of production resources. Employee
safety is also a constant priority, and one that involves
all our teams every day at all our sites.
Camille Benoit
Chief Executive Off icer
Paticeo
The agrifood industry faces a series of major challenges
closely linked to resource management and growing
consumer expectations for more sustainable food. Our
mission is to feed a growing population with dwindling
resources, at the same time as offering products that
are better for the environment and people because
they are nutritionally healthier, ‘cleaner’ (contain fewer
additives), made from more local raw materials and
come with less packaging. But the key challenge
remains reconciling these demands at a price point
acceptable to our consumers. That presents our
industry with a major challenge!

Sustainable
Transformation
Director
CSR has assumed a new importance within the
Group in just two years: at the beginning of 2022,
it changed from being part of Communications to
being a department in its own right, created to
lead long-term strategic transformations for the
company. In the Sustainable Transformation Depart-
ment, we ensure that CSR can simultaneously drive
and coordinate projects, and regularly challenge
the sustainability practices of our production, mar-
keting and HR departments.
So our ultimate aim is to involve the full range of
Group activities in this dynamic approach to inte-
grating CSR comprehensively at every level of the
company’s decision-making processes.
