In-house training:
a powerful lever for
ensuring that we have
the long-term human
capital we need
Offering employees the opportunity to access
high-quality training tailored to their individual
needs and designed to encourage professional
and personal development: that is our vision for
succeeding in the challenges involved in skills
transfer across the Group. To make that vision a
reality, we are increasing access to training for
our teams, while encouraging our subsidiaries to
introduce programmes specif ic to the needs of
their businesses and activities.

The technical nature and special features of the
careers offered by Groupe Roullier mean that most
of them are learned ‘on the job’. This is why we
place such emphasis on in-house training, with
programmes created by and for employees for the
precise purpose of skills transfer.
Our goal is to onboard all our subsidiaries to
enable them to put in place the resources they
need to retain talent by offering individuals every
opportunity to progress their careers by staying
with the company.
So we have designed a guide for distribution
to all our human resources teams in France and
internationally. The guide sets out the in-house
training framework and shares best practices for
implementation throughout the Group. A strategic
challenge indeed!
