Agriplas-SNSP commits to employee
recruitment and development
The third Plasti’Classes programme saw four students
(two from Dinard and two from Bellegarde) embark on
seven months of training alternating work placements with
theory sessions at the ISPA Institute of Plastics in Alençon.
On successful completion of this programme, students
will leave with a Manufacturing Equipment Operator
Professional Qualif ication Certif icate (CQP); a qualif ication
recognised by the French State and industrial employers.
The success of this scheme is clear from the fact that
graduates from the f irst and second programmes are
still employed by the company, and many of them have
already advanced their careers. This Group subsidiary
also continues to provide AFEST (on-the-job training),
where the trainer works alongside the learner to help
them question their work methodology and think about
opportunities for improvement.

TIMAC AGRO España employees are trained to
achieve their full potential
The TIMAC AGRO Campus is a digital school created
in Spain to share and develop skills within the company.
The school is structured around three pillars that address
the strategic needs of TIMAC AGRO: Communities
of culture, training pathways and eLearning. The f irst
pillar is the Business Campus, where 15 Communities
of Culture have been formed. Each of these working
groups addresses a particular crop type, and is tasked
with ensuring the transfer of knowledge between expert
agricultural engineers and engineers from other disciplines
working on the same crops. The second pillar of our
model — training pathways — brings together all the
scheduled training programmes designed to help our
engineers learn new knowledge, skills and aptitudes
as they progress along their personal pathway. Lastly,
eLearning offers a comprehensive catalogue of modular
training opportunities that can be adapted to meet the
specif ic needs of Agricultural Engineers, and are structured
into the 5 content blocks of Crop types, Products, Key
skills, Tech tools and Corporate tools. The 24 community
days organised in 2024 involved 15,634 chat interactions,
126 pathways and 2,220 hours of training provided.
