Redef ined responsibilities
for accident risk prevention off icers
and uprated guidelines
Achieving these goals requires us to implement and monitor
a robust preventive health and safety policy.
At Group level, this task is the responsibility of the Risk
Management department, which proactively implemented a
number of initiatives in 2024 to strengthen our safety culture.
As a result, the scope of support provided by the network
of accident prevention off icers was redef ined to introduce
greater versatility and a fresh perspective on these issues in
certain subsidiaries.
Another development involved updating the powerful
benchmarking tools used to measure and share progress
initiatives in our manufacturing entities. In order to challenge
workgroups on how they address their main risks, these
tools now include grassroots feedback and new tech
developments.
