In 2021, we introduced a Group-wide formalised
responsible purchasing policy that introduces a set
of common principles governing commercial practices.
We also have a contractual anti-corruption certif icate
and a business ethics and compliance charter in place.
Our business ethics charter covers ten key
topics, from respecting human rights and
controlling health and safety risks for workers
in the value chain to preventing conf licts
of interest. By the end of 2024, it had been
signed by 44% TIMAC AGRO approved raw
materials suppliers. The recent introduction
of an ecosystem awareness-raising initiative
should enable us to hit our 100% target in
2025. Internal commitment and involvement
are also increasing, as evidenced by the rapid
increase — 10% per month on average — in the
number of supplier analyses conducted by our
central teams.
Each supplier is also listed on the Roullier
Compliance Platform, a third-party assessment
tool deployed in 83% of entities worldwide and
used by nearly 1,500 employees.
A responsible purchasing project group was
also formed in 2024 with the aim of upskilling
all buyers, sharing best practices and working
together to create tools that are useful for
everyone concerned.

Each activity has its own
priorities
Low-carbon, biobased, local and
recycled raw materials...
Right across the Group, we strive
to build supply chains that provide
guaranteed access to products
that meet not only customer
expectations, but also the highest
standards of sustainability.
The key criteria for raw materials
selection are clear.
Their ultimate aim is to combine a
positive environmental impact with
high agronomic and economic
performance and straightforward,
reliable access to the resource
concerned.
Each activity therefore develops
and implements its own strategy
for prioritising sustainable raw
materials that meet its own
specif ic requirements.
