worldwide
In 2024, several TIMAC AGRO entities around the
world once again demonstrated their commitment to
local communities through a diverse range of societal
initiatives.
Exemplary commitment in Paraguay
In 2024, the 20
th
anniversary of TIMAC AGRO Paraguay
was celebrated by achieving the company’s goal of
completing 20 initiatives designed to benef it local
communities. That initial goal was signif icantly exceeded
with 31 social impact projects delivered in partnership
with 12 institutions across the country. Together, these
projects helped and supported more than 1,500 people,
the majority of them children, young people and the
elderly. Each initiative was supported and led by our
own employees, who worked with real commitment
throughout the year to achieve their goals.

Helping sick children in Algeria
In Algeria, a partnership was signed with the Dynamic’s
Green Foundation, a voluntary organisation that supports
children suffering from the rare inherited skin disease
Xeroderma pigmentosum.
Initiatives include funding the cost of ultra-violet f ilters for
use in patients’ homes, distributing educational supplies
and assisting with the cost of purchasing medicines. Made
possible by the active involvement of TIMAC AGRO Algeria
employees and partners, these projects signif icantly
improve the quality of life of those they help.
Initiatives that are helping young people in Brazil
TIMAC AGRO Brasil focuses its support on the Primeiro
Saque and WimBelemDom programmes. The Primeiro
Saque programme offers vulnerable children — around
a hundred by 2024 — the opportunity to develop their
physical, social and emotional skills through active
involvement in sport. The WimBelemDom programme
focuses more specif ically on tennis, and aims to support
more than 190 young people aged between 6 and 18, with
particular emphasis on developing value-based soft skills,
such as empathy and perseverance.
