The GO INNOVATION & BUSINESS convention took place on Friday 16th February in Saint-Brieuc. Olivier Julienne, Director of Intensive Organic Farming, was there to represent the Groupe Roullier.

Organised by Brittany’s 7 “technopoles” (hubs for technological innovation), the day was focused on start-ups and allowed for some thirty of the region’s major companies to meet with around a hundred start-ups.

Olivier Julienne presented a project related to organic farming, a subject that has become a major area of focus for the Groupe Roullier in recent years. Driven by a desire to promote sustainable agriculture, the Group has prioritised innovation and development within organic farming.

During the convention, companies had the opportunity to meet representatives from start-ups via 10-minute “speed dates”, allowing the participants discuss their shared needs and talk about the challenges they face both now and in the future, in an environment encouraging collaboration and exchange.

Our representative met with no less than 20 start-ups from a variety of backgrounds. The event was a golden opportunity for the Group as we seek to encourage start-ups, promote our brand, and meet dynamic, enthusiastic, and determined young talent.

These exchange sessions aim to promote the economic health of Saint-Malo and Saint-Brieuc regions by developing a wide range of innovative projects.
