Employee Survey 2026: Growing Engagement and Improving Results

How do our employees experience their day-to-day work within the company? What are our strengths, and which areas should we continue to improve to enhance the employee experience?

For the second consecutive year, Groupe Roullier conducted its Employee Survey in partnership with Great Place To Work®, with the aim of measuring employee engagement, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to further improve the employee experience.

Strong participation once again

This second edition once again generated strong engagement, with a participation rate of 83%, compared with 76% in 2025.

This increase reflects our employees’ commitment and their willingness to actively contribute to improving their work environment. It also demonstrates the confidence they place in this listening and dialogue initiative.

Thanks to this high level of participation, we have a representative view of our teams’ expectations, enabling us to develop actions that are aligned with operational realities.

Key indicators on the rise

The main indicators show positive progress compared with 2025:

  • 81% of employees are proud to belong to Groupe Roullier (+2 points);
  • 81% believe it is a great place to work within the Group (+1 point);
  • 83% would like to continue their professional journey with the company over the long term (+2 points);
  • 81% highlight the friendly and welcoming work environment (+2 points).

These results reflect the strength of our corporate culture and the positive impact of the initiatives implemented across our businesses and subsidiaries.

They also illustrate our employees’ strong sense of belonging and the quality of the professional relationships developed within our teams.

A tool for continuous improvement

Beyond the results themselves, this Employee Survey is a valuable management tool supporting our human resources policy.

The insights collected help us identify both our strengths and the areas that require further improvement, guiding our action plans and ongoing reflections throughout the Group.

This approach is fully aligned with a continuous improvement mindset: listening, understanding, taking action, and measuring progress to better meet our employees’ expectations.

Thank you to our employees

We would like to thank all our employees for their participation and trust.

Their commitment is essential to bringing this listening initiative to life and to building together an ever more attractive, collaborative, and fulfilling workplace.
