On Friday, June 12, 2026, more than 700 employees from our Saint-Malo campus took part in R’JO 2026. Having become a key annual event, it brings our teams together each year for a convivial moment that encourages interaction and embodies the collective energy that drives us every day.
Beyond the sporting challenge, the R’JO brings together employees from different departments and business activities around a common goal: sharing a unifying experience outside the usual work environment. It is an opportunity to encourage exchanges, build connections, and strengthen team cohesion.
An Afternoon of Challenges and Shared Experiences
Throughout the afternoon, participants, divided into teams, competed in a series of sporting and fun challenges combining coordination, problem-solving, agility, and teamwork. Collective challenges, cooperative games, and strategic activities followed one another in an enthusiastic and supportive atmosphere.
Each activity encouraged participants to leverage their collective strengths to achieve a common objective. Mutual support, communication, adaptability, and team spirit were at the heart of every challenge, showcasing qualities that are just as essential in our daily work as they are on the field.
Driven by the energy of the participants and the encouragement of supporters, the 2026 edition once again demonstrated the power of teamwork and the pleasure of coming together around a unifying event.

This year, the R’JO highlighted the industrial world through themed challenges inspired by our environment and our professions.
