Digital solutions that accelerate growth

As agricultural and industrial processes and practices become increasingly digital, Groupe Roullier is committed to moving in the same direction.

The Group is focusing primarily on two main areas of opportunity: moving towards a more advanced level of data usage for the benefit of its customers, and rolling out artificial intelligence solutions to support employees in the jobs they do. And as the number of cyber threats continues to multiply, the Group has implemented a series of 24/7 enhanced surveillance systems, and is supporting its employees as they adapt to life in this new, more digital, world.

Our priorities

These priorities essentially consolidate the four pillars of our Ambition 2030 strategic plan.

  • To modernise our digital tools to ensure operational reliability, compliance and full optimisation
  • To capitalise on our data as a lever for growth and to inform our strategic decision-making
  • To accelerate our development by creating value through appropriate digital innovation
  • To protect the long-term security and compliance of our digital assets on a daily basis

«We’re not investing in technology in response to some trend, but to create real value where it counts: for our customers and our field operations. So every choice we make is guided by the principle of value in use.»
Mathieu Delpuech, Chief Digital & Information Officer

Our initiatives in 2025

Data access for our field teams

Groupe Roullier is accelerating the pace of its digitalisation and using data to take sales performance and operational excellence to new levels.
In 2025, the Group prepared for the rollout of several solutions designed to elevate the capabilities of its employees by providing them with access to smart suggestions. With better equipment and information, they are able to support our farmer, distributor and consumer customers more relevantly and more accurately, all of which helps to consolidate the status of the Group as a recognised leader in its markets.

Using AI to support our employees

The Level Up with AI programme provides all our employees with secure conversational assistants designed specifically for the Group. Backed by a comprehensive support package that includes training, awareness-raising information and real-world use cases, this programme helps them become more efficient on a daily basis. The French rollout began in 2025, and is now continuing internationally. The Group expects this programme to have provided training for between 70% and 80% of all targeted employees by 2030, giving them the tools they need to deliver even better support to their customers and focus their day-to-day efforts more accurately. At the same time, the Group is continuing to roll out more advanced AI tools for key functions, including human resources, sales and finance.

Confronting cyber threats

Like all companies, Groupe Roullier is a target for a constant stream of attempted attacks on its data and digital tools. So cyber security is inevitably a key strategic focus. A large number of projects have been implemented to protect our information systems for the long term, secure their use by employees and ensure business continuity. The Group is now able to rely on expanded in-house teams who work very closely with operations to support our production plants and ensure full compliance with safety standards. Specialist partners also provide 24/7 monitoring and protection for our digital environments. Awareness-raising information campaigns, training and regular exercises help our employees adopt good cyber security practices and apply them on a daily basis.

  • 1,200+ employees worldwide have completed the AI training programme

  • 6,500+ employees have been trained in cyber security

Using AI to improve working practices

A lever that is helping us deliver our mission: AI is a powerful lever for transforming working practices across the Group. By making it easier to access information, automating certain tasks and structuring analyses, it is helping to streamline processes and improving the quality of decision-making.
This no-nonsense, user-focused approach allows employees to refocus on their central role as experts, advisers and builders of relationships as they address operational challenges in the field. This in turn helps increase the long-term value created by their interaction with customers and partners.
