Saint-Malo, June 22, 2026 – The Supervisory Board of Groupe Roullier announces the appointment of Roxane Roullier to the Executive Board as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. She succeeds Hélène Cappe.
Roxane Roullier joined the Group in 2006. She has held various leadership positions, notably within the Agrochemicals division, which she led from 2010 to 2015. She subsequently served as Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board, then as Director of Strategic Investments. Since 2025, she had been serving as Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board.
