The Groupe Roullier welcomes PLASTRIO. The Packaging division is entering a new stage in its development with a shared identity that brings together the expertise of Agriplas and Sotralentz Packaging. Since joining forces in 2016, the two entities have steadily expanded their know-how, modernised their industrial facilities and strengthened their synergies to offer an increasingly comprehensive range of solutions to their customers.
This new identity reflects that collective momentum and provides fresh impetus for the business, with a clear ambition: to strengthen its position in the packaging market, develop new opportunities in technical parts, and drive its growth through a sustainable plastics manufacturing approach.
Industrial Expertise Serving Diverse Markets
A recognised player in plastics processing, PLASTRIO masters two major industrial processes: extrusion blow moulding and injection moulding. Its expertise is demonstrated through the manufacture of packaging solutions, particularly for the transport of hazardous materials and their accessories, as well as the development of technical parts.
Thanks to a broad range of standard products and its Engineering Department, PLASTRIO also designs tailor-made solutions adapted to its customers’ technical requirements, regulatory constraints and specific applications. With three industrial sites in France and 170 employees, the business relies on complementary expertise, close customer relationships and an organisation designed to secure supply chains.
“Material Expertise”: A Signature That Reflects Its Positioning
With its signature, “Material Expertise”, PLASTRIO highlights the foundations of its identity: technical mastery of materials and processes, in-depth knowledge of customer needs, and the ability to design solutions tailored to their challenges.
This expertise is built on attentive customer support, technical and regulatory guidance, rigorous quality controls and ongoing investment in industrial equipment. It is also driven by continuous technology monitoring, which is essential for anticipating market developments and improving both product performance and manufacturing processes.
Innovating for More Sustainable Plastics Manufacturing
PLASTRIO aims to become a key player in sustainable plastics manufacturing. Already committed to incorporating recycled raw materials, the business has developed its own regranulation process as well as its recycled raw material, Reboocle. These initiatives contribute to embedding production within the principles of the circular economy. In particular, PLASTRIO has set itself the objective of incorporating 30% recycled material by 2030.
This commitment is supported by targeted industrial investments, eco-design initiatives and the development of innovative processes such as Plasma technology.
At the same time, the business intends to continue diversifying by expanding the potential of technical parts while consolidating its historical packaging market. This growth path combines industrial performance, innovation and environmental responsibility.
