Saint-Malo, France May 19 2026 – The Groupe Roullier announces the appointment of Lethicia Magno, 31, as Chief Executive Officer of the Centre Mondial de l’Innovation Roullier (CMI), effective 1 May 2026. She succeeds Thomas Georgelin, who was recently appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Groupe Roullier.
Holding a PhD in plant ecophysiology and modelling, Lethicia Magno led R&D projects at INRAE between 2019 and 2022, alongside consulting assignments for private companies in France, Brazil and Morocco, as well as for international organisations including Thought For Food and the World Food Forum – FAO.
She joined the Groupe Roullier in 2024 as part of the CMI, where she contributed to strategic innovation initiatives and drove the Innovation Awards Roullier 2025–2026.
