In France, our subsidiary TIMAC AGRO signs a strategic partnership with the Independent Winegrowers

On the occasion of the Paris International Agricultural Show, our subsidiary TIMAC AGRO France formalised on 23 February a major partnership with the Confederation of Independent Winegrowers of France. This agreement aims to strengthen technical and agronomic support for wine‑growing operations across the entire country.

A long‑term commitment to 7,000 independent French winegrowers

Present in all wine‑producing regions, the Independent Winegrowers bring together nearly 7,000 producers who defend a unique model: that of a winegrower who masters every step, from the vineyard to the marketing of their wine.
This partnership provides a dedicated framework to support this model by offering winegrowers innovative solutions tailored to the current challenges facing the sector.

Our expertise serving soil vitality

Historically recognised for its mineral fertilisation solutions, TIMAC AGRO has expanded its know‑how to become a leading player in biostimulants, organic solutions and organo‑mineral products.
These approaches make it possible to:

  • recover organic materials originating from wine‑growing regions,
  • sustainably improve soil vitality,
  • contribute to grape quality,
  • engage in a genuine circular‑economy approach, particularly relevant for the wine sector.

This dual expertise meets the growing expectations of winegrowers in terms of agronomic efficiency, precision of applications, and adaptation to climate challenges.

A shared momentum serving French viticulture

By combining the innovation of Groupe Roullier, the agronomic expertise of TIMAC AGRO and the territorial presence of the Independent Winegrowers’ network, this partnership aims to:

  • offer agronomic solutions adapted to local realities,
  • optimise soil management and fertility,
  • support the transition of viticulture practices,
  • encourage coherent circular‑economy initiatives, notably through the recovery of grape marc.

Beyond technical solutions, this partnership establishes ongoing dialogue between field and research teams to advance agronomic innovation in service of French vineyards.

A strategic milestone for Groupe Roullier

This agreement marks an important step in the development of our subsidiary TIMAC AGRO in the viticulture sector. It will:

  • strengthen its position in specialised crops,
  • highlight its expertise in soil nutrition and water‑stress management,
  • structure close, field‑based technical support aligned with operational needs.

With this partnership, TIMAC AGRO France reaffirms its ambition: to contribute, alongside the Independent Winegrowers, to the performance, sustainability and competitiveness of French vineyards.
