The Groupe Roullier places particular importance on meeting its future employees. Our teams regularly travel to expos and events organised by higher education establishments. This always provides an opportunity for us to interact with future graduates, but also for students to learn more about the opportunities on offer; the international mobility and task diversity proposed by the Groupe Roullier.

It was by winning a sporting event that was sponsored by the Groupe Roullier during the Interagros that a group of students from VetAgroSup saw themselves offered a weekend in Saint-Malo from Saturday 28th to Monday 30th October.

The three students set down their suitcases on Saturday afternoon so they could enjoy a weekend walking the Côte d’Emeraude, observing the high tides, and tasting Breton culinary specialties at the heart of this historic city.

Once they had (re)discovered the region, the students were received at the Centre Mondial de l’Innovation Roullier for an immersion day. It all kicked off with a welcome breakfast, which provided an opportunity to meet part of the recruitment and communication team. Once the pastries were out of the way, it was time for the Animal Nutrition specialists to take the lead and move the topic of discussion towards more technical matters. Discussions focused on the paths our specialists took that consequently led to them joining the Groupe Roullier, and their current functions.

The day continued with a meeting with Madalina Diaconu, who works as Poultry Market Manager for the Groupe Roullier, and is a graduate of VetAgroSup Clermont-Ferrand. This meeting allowed the students to further involve themselves in our company and imagine their future careers with us.

Our three guests greatly appreciated the international environment within the Group, as well as the working tools that are made available to employees at the Centre Mondial de l’innovation Roullier.

We wish them every success in their studies, and we will continue to receive additional students who are just as motivated and interested as our guests.
