On 31 March, at our Saint-Malo campus, we brought our employees together for “La Fabrique des Possibles” – a full day dedicated to innovation within the Groupe Roullier. The aim of this internal event was to unite our teams around a shared objective: to discover, share and showcase the initiatives shaping the future of our Group.
Exploring innovation in all its forms
With La Fabrique des Possibles, we designed a key moment for everyone to (re)discover the richness and diversity of innovation across the Groupe Roullier. Scientific research, agronomic innovation, agri-food concepts, new livestock products, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, industrial processes and innovative materials all illustrate our ability to continuously reinvent ourselves and address the challenges of tomorrow.
The day also highlighted initiatives led by our various entities and departments, including Agriplas, Paticeo, Terresis, Phosphea, TIMAC AGRO, as well as our Digital IT teams.
Workshops and demonstrations to make innovation tangible and accessible
At the heart of our Centre Mondial de l’Innovation Roullier (CMI), on the Saint-Malo campus, open-access workshops and demonstrations took place throughout the day.
These interactive formats gave our employees the opportunity to explore real-life projects, engage with the teams behind them, and gain a better understanding of the uses, impacts and applications of the Group’s innovations.
Conferences to explore innovation challenges in greater depth
Four conferences complemented the workshops throughout the day.
They provided deeper insight into specific projects and the challenges associated with innovation. Through feedback and practical presentations, we shared our vision and approaches to supporting the transformation of our business activities.
10 years of the CMI: a decade of innovation serving the Groupe Roullier
A key highlight of La Fabrique des Possibles was a plenary session marking the 10th anniversary of the Centre Mondial de l’Innovation Roullier, looking back on ten years of research, experimentation and structuring projects since the CMI was established in 2015.
This session also looked ahead to the future, reaffirming the central and strategic role of the CMI in driving innovation and growth within the Groupe Roullier.
A collective dynamic at the heart of the Group’s strategy
La Fabrique des Possibles once again demonstrated that innovation is a collective endeavour, driven by the expertise, creativity and commitment of all Groupe Roullier teams.
On a daily basis, this dynamic is reflected in the support of initiatives, cross-functional collaboration and the facilitation of transformation.
