The Roullier Group Pastry activities are grouped together within the “Pâtisseries Gourmandes” company. This company commercialises a complete range of traditional Breton products in all distribution circuits, under the brands Ker Cadélac and Le Guillou.
The constant progression of its brands and its products is proof of the success they encounter among consumers.
The “Pâtisseries Gourmandes” company pursues its development in France, as well as on the international scale.
The purchasing, at the end of 2001, of La Crêpe de Brocéliande, specialised in manufacturing fresh filled crêpes, opened the door to the caterer product market.
