Specialised in the transformation of fresh pork meat into cooked meats and delicatessen and into delicatessen salads, the cooked meats and delicatessen activity of the Roullier Group has three production units.
The wealth of the ingredients and recipes and the policy devoted to continuous innovation make it possible to offer consumers new and diversified products – synonyms of taste – which meet the expectations of modern consumers as well as those of distributors.
The engagement to Quality is ensured by the manufacturing of labelled products (hams and pâtés), of products issued from farm quality pork (ham, rillettes) and of organic pork products (rillettes, pâtés).
Charcuteries Gourmandes is certified ISO 9001/2000 and continues in the HACCP developement.
