A high level of performance in environmental management characterises the Group's activities. A very detailed environment standard has been established in all of the industrial units of the agricultural supplies branch.

This standard is based on 4 major themes:

- regulatory compliance,
- general exterior appearance,
- constant cleanliness of installations,
- internal and external communication concerning environmental performances.

On all of its sites, the Roullier Group pursues an ambitious investment program by developing solutions which further improve manufacturing procedures with regards to respect for the environment, while providing gains in productivity.
For example, a great work program is underway on the site in Sète and installations accomplished by Hypred in Dinard (treatment plant, fire safety, etc.) have allowed it to obtain ISO 14001 certification.

After reinforcing its choice criteria to reduce risks of maritime disasters (age of the ship, classification, certification, historical verification, insurance…), the Roullier Group is taking an interest in substitute energies. Anticipating the decline in traditional energy resources and the ever stricter regulatory evolutions, it has undertaken in-depth reflection upon those energies to operate its factories. The objective is twofold: to encourage savings and to reduce the environmental impact.
